Crews working on the CenterPoint Energy Winnetka Avenue Belt Line Project are starting some of the final stages of the 2020 project.

Crews are completing the natural gas work Oct 29. This includes connecting the new main to the existing intersecting ones. By the end of the week of Nov 2, they will have removed their equipment from the Winnetka Ave 2020 Belt Line Project route.
On Nov 2 and 3, crews will mill and overlay the northbound lanes from 23rd Ave N to N 36th Ave. The crews will provide access to polling locations for Election Day.

The lane shift will continue from 23rd Ave N in Golden Valley to N 42nd Ave in Crystal for the remaining natural gas work and restoration. Residential and business access will be maintained.
