• Thirteen cities share Anoka County HRA's approved tax levy (hometownsource.com) — Ham Lake property owners are set to share in a 3.7% increase to Anoka County’s Housing and Redevelopment Authority levy for 2027, driven by rising property values. Most of the additional money generated in Ham Lake will return to the city for housing and redevelopment projects, while a smaller share stays with the county HRA for administration and broader programs.
