Hopkins Alpine Skiers Take Sixth in State Championship

Brett Bremer led the Royals with a 13th-place finish.

The Hopkins boys alpine ski team finished its season with a sixth-place finish at Wednesday’s state championships in Biwabik.

The six Royals skiers notched 119 points to state champion Minnetonka’s 161.

Brett Bremer was fastest down the Giants Ridge slopes for Hopkins—finishing 13th overall. Nick Eagon followed behind with a 33rd-place finish.
