I'd like to personally thank the perceptive Minnetonka police officer who observed the driver and later pulled them over near Cedar Lake Road. The driver pulled out in front of my granddaughter and I on Saurday night as we driving on Hopkins Crossroad. They were at a stop light, turning right and pulled out in front of causing me to brake hard to avoid rear ending them. Hopefully your traffic stop will prevent an unnecessary colloision in the future!
