Founded by Deborah Peteler, AnnapurnaBlue offers transformative wellness retreats and programs designed for individuals navigating life transitions, health challenges, emotional overwhelm, and personal reinvention. With over 30 years of experience in trauma-informed care and holistic wellness practices, Deborah blends ancient wisdom with modern therapeutic approaches to create safe, supportive environments where real healing can take place. Our retreats — held both locally in Minnesota and internationally — are intentionally designed to help participants slow down, reflect, and reconnect with themselves. Through gentle Qigong movement, meditation, sound healing, breathwork, mindset sessions, and meaningful group dialogue, participants gain tools to manage stress, navigate change, and build emotional resilience. AnnapurnaBlue is especially supportive of women ages 35–70+ navigating grief, life-altering illness, menopause, empty nesting, career transitions, and other profound shifts. You may not be a U of M grad, but the décor at Hopkins' could have you rooting for the Golden Gophers. The restaurant isn't just about school spirit, though. It also offers amazing sub sandwiches, award-winning wings and, on certain days, all-you-can-eat spaghetti. And as if that isn't enough, it also has tater tot hot dish, the comfort food of champions.  Food prices fall mostly in the $6 to $10 range. The restaurant also has happy hour specials Monday through Friday from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Deals include half-price appetizers, $1 off rail drinks and cocktails and $2 off 22-ounce mugs of beer. Or bring in your ticket stub after catching a movie at .
