Hopkins Girls Rugby Team Continues Winning Streak
The Hopkins Girls Rugby Team enjoyed wins against Wisconsin teams at the Border Battle Tournament this weekend, followed by a convincing win against South Metro in their last regular season game.
The Hopkins Girls Rugby Team demolished South Metro in the girls' last regular season game on May 23, winning 68 to 0. Scorers for Hopkins were:

This Hopkins victory came on the heels of other bigs wins this past weekend at the Border Battle Tournament in Mauston, WI. There Hopkins defeated a top rated Wisconsin team, Oak Park, 25 to 17, followed by a dominating victory over Wauwatosa, WI (where Hopkins held Wauwotosa scoreless and scored numerous trys).
The Hopkins girls are seeded #2 in Minnesota and are preparing for the upcoming post-season playoffs.
