"Children First while being fiscally responsible"
Four years ago I officially came out of retirement by being elected to serve on the Hopkins School Board. Serving in this capacity has been both a challenge and an exhilarating experience. I welcome the opportunity to be re-elected a second term to continue the efforts and directions for our "widely acclaimed' district.
As good as the district is- we continue to strive for better! Your involvement as our school community (students, staff, parents and supporters) have made a difference for all learners. Through site visits, program presentations, PTO sessions, carnivals and community/ civic events, I have connected with many of you. This avenue provided renewed energy, sharing of ideas and wealth of information that must continue.
