The Avenues Neigborhood Association celebrated the 4th of July with a kids parade and ice cream social. Nearly 100 people of all ages gathered to decorate strollers, bikes, skateboards, wagons, pets and themselves, paraded down Minnetonka Mills Road to Chapel View and then came back to the Alice Smith parking lot for root beer floats and prizes for all. What a great way to celebrate on a beautiful day!
