3:08 p.m. – A resident reported that someone stole $260 from his home on the 400 block of Monroe Place. There was no sign of forced entry.

Saturday, Dec. 11

5:16 p.m. – Neighbors got into a dispute over where snow should be placed on the 200 block of 11th Avenue North. There was just yelling, and the person who plowed the snow left before police arrived.
