The has named Leonard and Jeri Coequyt as the winners of its 2011 Hopkins Area Historic Homes award.
The Coequyts won for their lovingly cared-for and beautifully restored 1920s-era home.
The organization will present the couple with the award at a ceremony at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at the at 346 11th Ave. N. City Manager Mike Mornson will speak after the ceremony. Refreshments will be served afterward.
