Depot Coffee House Beach Party

Below-freezing temperatures may have at last hit the Twin Cities in full force, but will be heating things up Friday.

The teen-centered hotspot is hosting a beach party from 6 p.m. until 11 p.m. There will be live music, a beach-themed costume contest with $400 worth of prizes and food.

The live music kicks off at 7 p.m. with OCD followed by Aristocats at 8 p.m., Neat at 9 p.m. and The Narw!als at 10 p.m.

Prizes will be given out for the best beach-themed costume. Prizes are:

• First Place: iPod Touch, 8 gigabytes
• Second Place: HeartBEATS 2.0 Headphones by Lady Gaga
• Third Place: $25 gift card to
• Fourth Place: $15 gift card to The Depot Coffee House

Entrance costs $5 at the door or $4 if you bring a group of five or more.
