The Hopkins Westwind Concert Band, under the direction of Don Bates and Scott Kosloski, and the Hopkins High School Wind Ensemble, under the direction of Bill Bell, will present a joint concert. Admission is free; you do not need to reserve tickets. Each band will be featured in several numbers. Then both bands — totaling nearly 150 musicians! — will join forces to play Young Person's Guide to John Williams, David Holsinger's On a Hymnsong of Philip Bliss, and Jimmy Webb's classic hit MacArthur Park.
