Any individual or group of kids that can come up with something creative, is invited to register to partipate in the Hopkins Raspberry Festival Kiddie Parade that starts in Central Park, heads north on 13th Avenue S, east on Mainstreet to 9th Avenue, and then south to Downtown Park.
