  • Hopkins (3-4, 0-3 Lake Conference) vs. Minnetonka (5-2, 1-2 Lake Conference)

PLAYMAKERS

  • Andre McDonald (Hopkins, Wide Receiver): The Vanderbilt commit continues to post amazing numbers this season. He leads the state in receiving yards and is seconds in receptions and receiving touchdowns. McDonald has caught 49 passes for a remarkable 964 yards and 13 touchdowns. He has scored at least one touchdown in every game this year and has 140 or more yards in four of the past six games.
  • Zaccaria Merie (Hopkins, Wide Receiver): The junior has caught 19 passes for 186 yards playing alongside McDonald.
  • Malcom Moore (Minnetonka, Wide Receiver): The junior showed off his versatility with a rushing and receiving touchdowns against Duluth East last weekend.
  • DeCeon Schumann (Minnetonka, Running Back): The junior scored two rushing touchdowns in his first extended playing time of the season. The running game is even more important with the loss of starting quarterback Scott Benedict.
