Founded by Deborah Peteler, AnnapurnaBlue offers transformative wellness retreats and programs designed for individuals navigating life transitions, health challenges, emotional overwhelm, and personal reinvention. With over 30 years of experience in trauma-informed care and holistic wellness practices, Deborah blends ancient wisdom with modern therapeutic approaches to create safe, supportive environments where real healing can take place. Our retreats — held both locally in Minnesota and internationally — are intentionally designed to help participants slow down, reflect, and reconnect with themselves. Through gentle Qigong movement, meditation, sound healing, breathwork, mindset sessions, and meaningful group dialogue, participants gain tools to manage stress, navigate change, and build emotional resilience. Hopkins' Joey Brettinger scored an inside-the-park homerun to spark a 15-5 victory over Armstrong in Tuesday's Section 6AAA playoff game at Parade Stadium. The win came five days after Armstrong defeated the Royals 5-1 in the section quarterfinals. Brettinger's homer was one of  eight runs by Hopkins in the fifth inning. The Royals would go on to beat Armstrong by the 10-run rule in six innings. Armstrong had seven hits and no errors during the contest, played during 100-degree temperatures. Hopkins wound up with 14 hits and one error. The win set up a section championship showdown with Bloomington Kennedy at 7 p.m. The Royals lost to the Eagles 25-7, ending their season with a 13-12 record. Kennedy will play Thursday, June 16 at Midway Stadium in St. Paul in the first round of the Class AAA state tournament.
