Girls on the Town Promises 'Shopping, Arts, Eating and Pampering'

Ladies, are you ready for a good time with your girlfriends?

Girls on the Town is a day of “shopping, arts, eating and pampering” that will take place Saturday. The event attracts hundreds of women to downtown Hopkins.

Nearly five dozen businesses will offer discounts and pampering services at this year’s event. Take a free basic “bead 101” class at . Sample wine and chocolate at the Elks Lodge. Have your photo taken on a throne, in a crown and a cape, at the Masonic Lodge.

Check in starts at 11 a.m. at the Hopkins Center for the Arts. The first 325 participants receive a goodie bag.
