The was full of excitement Saturday as Hopkins hosted its annual . Firefighters offered demonstrations of vehicle and kitchen fires. Visitors got a chance to hop on one of the engines for a fire truck ride or ride the ladder truck's bucket into the sky. And children ran around wearing plastic fire helmets and Hopkins Fire Department T-shirts.
