With over 30 years of experience in trauma-informed care and holistic wellness practices, Deborah blends ancient wisdom with modern therapeutic approaches to create safe, supportive environments where real healing can take place. Our retreats — held both locally in Minnesota and internationally — are intentionally designed to help participants slow down, reflect, and reconnect with themselves. Through gentle Qigong movement, meditation, sound healing, breathwork, mindset sessions, and meaningful group dialogue, participants gain tools to manage stress, navigate change, and build emotional resilience. The Hopkins Royals overpowered the Wayzata Trojans 62 - 47 on Saturday afternoon at Osseo High School. The Royals' pressure defense and driving, slashing offensive style proved too much for Wayzata, which hung within 10 points for the majority of the game before Hopkins pulled away late in the second half. With the win, the Royals advance to the Section 6AAAA championship game against either Minneapolis South or rival Minnetonka on Wednesday evening at Osseo.

The Royals' pressure defense and driving, slashing offensive style proved too much for Wayzata, which hung within 10 points for the majority of the game before Hopkins pulled away late in the second half. With the win, the Royals advance to the Section 6AAAA championship game against either Minneapolis South or rival Minnetonka on Wednesday evening at Osseo.
