With over 30 years of experience in trauma-informed care and holistic wellness practices, Deborah blends ancient wisdom with modern therapeutic approaches to create safe, supportive environments where real healing can take place. The City of Hopkins has instituted a burning ban due to high winds and dry conditions, Fire Chief Dale Specken announced Friday. The ban includes campfires, recreational fires and fires in fire pits or outdoor fireplaces. It will be in effect until the city receives "significant precipitation," he said.
