Hopkins Shrouded In Fog Thursday Morning

Warm conditions Thursday produced snow melts, causing dense fog in the metro area.

Hopkins residents awoke to a shroud of fog Thursday morning. Visibility dropped to as little as half a mile in the Twin Cities, according to the National Weather Service. Conditions were even worse outside the metro area.
