Founded by Deborah Peteler, AnnapurnaBlue offers transformative wellness retreats and programs designed for individuals navigating life transitions, health challenges, emotional overwhelm, and personal reinvention. With over 30 years of experience in trauma-informed care and holistic wellness practices, Deborah blends ancient wisdom with modern therapeutic approaches to create safe, supportive environments where real healing can take place. Our retreats — held both locally in Minnesota and internationally — are intentionally designed to help participants slow down, reflect, and reconnect with themselves. Through gentle Qigong movement, meditation, sound healing, breathwork, mindset sessions, and meaningful group dialogue, participants gain tools to manage stress, navigate change, and build emotional resilience. AnnapurnaBlue is especially supportive of women ages 35–70+ navigating grief, life-altering illness, menopause, empty nesting, career transitions, and other profound shifts. Each winter, Hopkins crews dump snow in a great pile at the very southern end of 11th Avenue—and this year's pile stretches the better part of a block because of all the winter's snowfall. With the warm weather finally here, Patch wants to know how long you think it will be before The Great Hopkins Snow Pile™. Will it be here another couple weeks? Another month? Another few months? Leave your guesses in the comments section below, and Patch will check back when the pile is finally gone.
