Ispíri Design-Build Showcases Five Homes During the Fall 2013 Remodelers Showcase®

– Ispíri, a Woodbury-based design/build/remodel firm, will showcase five recently remodeled homes during

the Parades of Homes® Fall 2013 Remodelers Showcase, hosted by the

Builders Association of the Twin Cities. The

Remodelers Showcase homes will be open to the public Friday, September 27, from 1-7 p.m.; and Saturday, September 28 and

Sunday, September 29, both from 12-6 p.m.

 Woodbury- Ispíri’s Showcase home R12 on Arden Place is

located in one of the city’s more admired neighborhoods, Stonemill Farms. The
home was already spacious, but needed one more finishing touch – a lavish lower
level. The remodeled level now boasts a great curved entry leading to the theater
room and spacious recreation area, centered around an English pub-inspired bar.

The level also includes a walk-in closet, private laundry and dual shower in

the master bedroom. The main bathroom has an added steam shower that was on the
family’s wish list, along with the office’s large stone fireplace, built-ins
and a copper detailed ceiling.

 Woodbury- Ispíri’s Showcase home R13 on Edgewater View

in was transformed by new owners who wanted to create their own space with a
main level renovation that encompasses a remodeled kitchen, mudroom, and powder
bath. The wall between the kitchen and dining room was removed and columns were
eliminated which opened up the main floor. The renovation also included an all
new master bathroom and the master closet expansion. All rooms received new
paint and lighting fixtures which packed an extra punch of appeal.

St. Paul- Ispíri’s Showcase home R23 is a 1940s bungalow that was transformed into a well-appointed four-plus bedroom home for a bustling family of five. The family hoped to remain in their current home and neighborhood, but felt they needed a major renovation to create a more fitting, updated space. The main level reconfiguration and expansion of the kitchen was the solution, along with the addition of a main level master suite. This home is a perfect example of what can be accomplished for a modern family with an older bungalow.

 Hopkins- Ispíri’s Showcase home R54 is a 1920s Tudor that still

had its original main-level configuration, including a cramped small kitchen.

The remodel gave the family a much larger open layout with the addition of a

family room, a mudroom off the back of the home and an attached garage. A

luxurious master suite and additional bedroom were incorporated to turn the

Tudor into a terrific family home.

 Edina- Ispíri’s Showcase home R62 boasts an inspiring kitchen

and main level renovation. Difficult space limitations with this 1960s classic

Edina tuck-under home make this a stunning before/after transformation. The
poor flow and outdated home now has reconfigured open spaces with center
islands, beautiful sightlines, character-grade wood floors, Cambria countertops
and more. The main level remodel included the great room, kitchen, front entry,
sitting room and dining room.

 Homeowners
