Journey With Us

ResourceWest is sponsoring its annual fundraiser “Journey with Us” in lively downtown Excelsior Minnesota on Friday, April 24th from 6:30 to 9:00pm. The event will be held at Pique Travel, 362 – 3rd Street.

Molly Link, the executive director of ResourceWest, is looking forward to the event in Excelsior and thinks it will be a fun. She went on to tell us, “ResourceWest is a place to go for people who all of a sudden find themselves in trouble and everything is going wrong around them. We are good at helping people in making a plan to support their recovery and coordinating their efforts by connecting individuals and families to resources.”

Molly went on to say, “We find that the people in our community care about each other and when they help us, they are helping their neighbors, friends and our community to get back on their feet. Our theme this year is Journey with Us, fits right with our tag line Connecting People, Creating Hope, which both seem very appropriate to what we do.”

There will be complimentary appetizers, there will also be a cash bar, a silent and live auction of some really nice items. The band, “Cabaret for Care” will be playing music for the event. At the event and right now raffle tickets are selling for $100.00 each with a chance to win up to $10,000…. and there will only be 200 tickets total.
