Hopkins-based illustrator reads new children's book, leads art project for kids
Local children’s book illustrator Erin Boe will be debuting her newest project, The Tryceratops, at Kiddywampus in Hopkins, MN. The book, written by John Edwards, is published by Red Heart Books and follows a group of young, intrepid triceratops friends as they encounter new foods, activities, and experiences.
At this free neighborhood event, Boe will read from The Tryceratops before leading a creative dinosaur-themed art project for children of all ages. She will also sign books for readers.

“This book gives kids the permission they often seek from peers and adults to try new things,” said Boe. “The Tryceratops shows children that good or bad, new experiences provide the adventure we all seek in life.”
