Mid-Winter Festival of Artists Returns to Hopkins Arts Center Sunday

The free event includes well-known artists presenting complimentary hour long demonstrations in their chosen medium.

Dillman’s Creative Arts Foundation (DCAF) of Lac du Flambeau, WI (245 miles Northeast of Minneapolis) joins with area hosts to bring complimentary events to artists and friends to the Minneapolis area.

Mid Winter Festivals are free events that include well known artists presenting complimentary hour long demonstrations in their chosen medium, such as, watercolor, pastel, oil, and acrylic. In addition some festivals have an “Art Sale Table” of prints and original art work, artist’s books, and videos by internationally known artists plus hourly door prizes. The proceeds of the auction will be awarded as scholarships to the northern Wisconsin art workshops.

Wet Paint Art Materials will be at this event.  Bringing an assortment of art supplies for sale, trying out and demos.  Their extensive knowledge of art materials and variety of art supplies will be a wonderful addition to the Mid Winter Festival.
