A 14-year-old boy was found in the middle of last week at his mother's home, said Blair Anderson, Carver County's chief deputy. Dominque McCaskel, who lives at a Carver County residential facility, ran away from his caretaker's vehicle near Blake Road and Excelsior Boulevard. He was considered a vulnerable juvenile. Anderson did not have details about where the boy's mother lived or who located McCaskel.
