Founded by Deborah Peteler, AnnapurnaBlue offers transformative wellness retreats and programs designed for individuals navigating life transitions, health challenges, emotional overwhelm, and personal reinvention. With over 30 years of experience in trauma-informed care and holistic wellness practices, Deborah blends ancient wisdom with modern therapeutic approaches to create safe, supportive environments where real healing can take place. Our retreats — held both locally in Minnesota and internationally — are intentionally designed to help participants slow down, reflect, and reconnect with themselves. Through gentle Qigong movement, meditation, sound healing, breathwork, mindset sessions, and meaningful group dialogue, participants gain tools to manage stress, navigate change, and build emotional resilience. AnnapurnaBlue is especially supportive of women ages 35–70+ navigating grief, life-altering illness, menopause, empty nesting, career transitions, and other profound shifts. Drivers will face MnPASS lane closures on Interstate 394 starting next week. Lanes will be closed between Interstate 94 and Highway 100 beginning May 6 in order for crews to replace protective gate arms, the <a href="http://www.dot.state.mn.us/" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">Minnesota Department of Transportation</a> (MnDOT) announced. The agency will close access to the reversible section from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on weekdays. Evening, overnight and weekend closures may also be needed. If those closures do wind up being necessary, MnDOT will provide additional information. The section will be open during major downtown Minneapolis events and during the following times: <ul> <li>Eastbound weekdays from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m.,</li> <li>Westbound weekdays from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. and</li> <li>As needed for major events.</li> </ul> Crews will complete the project in mid July.
