National Honor Society Dashes for School Supplies
Hopkins High School students collect 102 pounds of school supplies in a 15-minute race through a store.
Resource West, a local organization connecting connecting communities with opperational resources, has found itself , despite recent donations. But that hasn't slowed down the students of Hopkins High School.
Racing in teams, relay-style, through the aisles of Target, 31 members of the Hopkins High School National Honor Society filled their backpacks with school supplies. The winning team collected 22.5 pounds of supplies in 15 minutes.
In total, the students netted 102 pounds of supplies for Resource West.
