New Pizza Luce Offers New Choices
The recently opened restaurant offers much more than gourmet pizzas.

The Hopkins offers gourmet pizzas, pasta, sandwiches and salads —with delivery service to Hopkins, St. Louis Park, Edina and Minnetonka.
The successful chain has always been popular with late-night snackers, college students and young adults. The restaurant is now breaking into the rest of the dining market and offering breakfast, brunch and gluten-free menus.
Pizza Luce is well-known for its unique pizzas—such as the “Baked Potato Pizza” with baby red mashed potatoes as a sauce and broccoli, tomatoes, cheddar cheese and sour cream; “The Bear” loaded with meat; the upside down “Ruby Rae” pizza; and the Spanish “Pizza Lupe” and “Spanish Chicken.” Its menu also offers vegetarian offerings with tofu and all the vegetarian pizzas can be made vegan for more selective eaters.

It also offers a weekend brunch menu for all types of diners, complete with cage-free eggs, every Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
During the week, the eatery serves breakfast with a variety of benedicts, omelets, pancakes, waffles and biscuits and gravy.
