The Minnesota State Fair starts Aug. 25, and Hopkins Patch wants to cover it wall-to-wall from a local angle. But we're going to need your help. Maybe you or someone you know is a "fair fanatic," with plans on going all 12 days? Or perhaps you're selling something or competing in a fair event?
