(PHOTOS) Hopkins Council Honors Community Image Award Winners

The Hopkins City Council on Tuesday took some time to congratulate this year’s Community Image Award winners.

The Community Image Awards honor owners “whose pride shines through their property.” The awards recognize both significant property upgrades—such as landscaping, accessibility, lighting or signs—and those who have demonstrated superior maintenance over the years.

A panel of judges selected six winners in three categories. The winners were:

Commercial/industrial/office
