Founded by Deborah Peteler, AnnapurnaBlue offers transformative wellness retreats and programs designed for individuals navigating life transitions, health challenges, emotional overwhelm, and personal reinvention. With over 30 years of experience in trauma-informed care and holistic wellness practices, Deborah blends ancient wisdom with modern therapeutic approaches to create safe, supportive environments where real healing can take place. Our retreats — held both locally in Minnesota and internationally — are intentionally designed to help participants slow down, reflect, and reconnect with themselves. Through gentle Qigong movement, meditation, sound healing, breathwork, mindset sessions, and meaningful group dialogue, participants gain tools to manage stress, navigate change, and build emotional resilience. <a href="http://www.hopkinsschools.org/community-education/kids-company-general-information" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Kids and Company</a> students got a hand-on lesson in bike safety from Hopkins and Minnetonka police officers Monday at <a href="http://www.hopkinsschools.org/schools/hopkins-west-junior-high" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Hopkins West Junior High</a>. The students in the Hopkins Public Schools program learned the rules of the road, how to ride safely and even how police can become bike officers. The police helped them test their skills in a bicycle course, fit their helmets properly and check that their bikes functioned properly. The lessons were in preparation for Tuesday's "bicycling adventure" between <a href="http://www.minneapolisparks.org/default.asp?PageID=4&amp;parkid=157" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Lynnhurst Park</a> and <a href="http://www.minneapolisparks.org/default.asp?PageID=4&amp;parkid=252" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Minnehaha Falls</a>. Check back with Patch later this week for a video of the 20-mile adventure.
