Get an early look at a proposed social host ordinance: At Tuesday’s work session, Police Chief Mike Reynolds will talk with council members about a proposed ordinance that would make it easier to prosecute adults who provide a place for those who are underage to drink illegally.

Catch the latest budget news: Council members weren’t thrilled when they learned would increase expenditures by more than 3 percent. City staff will be back before council at Tuesday’s work session to present a new proposal that would result in a 2-percent increase instead.
