Sanabria and Haley Selected to High School All-American Stars v. Stripes National Game.

Hopkins Royals Andrea Sanabria and Zach Haley have been selected by USA Rugby to compete in the 2013 inaugural High School All-American Stars v. Stripes Game. Sanabria and Haley are among the top 50 boys and 50 girls selected by USA Rugby after scouting teams from throughout the country competing in seven All-Star regional tournaments in June.  Both Sanabria and Haley attend Hopkins High School:  Sanabria will be a senior and Haley will be a junior this fall.

Hopkins Rugby is one of the few clubs in the country with multiple participants in the Stars v. Stripes game. One other Minnesota player, Bridget Amoako from Moundsview, was selected as well.

Sanabria and Haley will attend a 4-day HSAA camp at the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley, culminating in the showcase Stars v. Stripes game on July 13.
