Founded by Deborah Peteler, AnnapurnaBlue offers transformative wellness retreats and programs designed for individuals navigating life transitions, health challenges, emotional overwhelm, and personal reinvention. With over 30 years of experience in trauma-informed care and holistic wellness practices, Deborah blends ancient wisdom with modern therapeutic approaches to create safe, supportive environments where real healing can take place. Our retreats — held both locally in Minnesota and internationally — are intentionally designed to help participants slow down, reflect, and reconnect with themselves. Through gentle Qigong movement, meditation, sound healing, breathwork, mindset sessions, and meaningful group dialogue, participants gain tools to manage stress, navigate change, and build emotional resilience. AnnapurnaBlue is especially supportive of women ages 35–70+ navigating grief, life-altering illness, menopause, empty nesting, career transitions, and other profound shifts. Who was your favorite athlete growing up and why? Abby Wambach because she's a beast and she was the main leader on her team. How would you describe yourself in three words? I would be Miley Cyrus because it seems like she has a fun life. What is your favorite quote? "Our blood, our sweat, their tears." What song do you usually listen to before games to pump you up? "Lose Yourself" by Eminem What has been the most exciting moment in your life so far? When I made the premier team for Wayzata after coming from a low Hopkins division. What are your plans for next year? I am going to try and play soccer somewhere, maybe the <a href="http://www.d.umn.edu/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">University of Minnesota in Duluth.</a>
