Founded by Deborah Peteler, AnnapurnaBlue offers transformative wellness retreats and programs designed for individuals navigating life transitions, health challenges, emotional overwhelm, and personal reinvention. With over 30 years of experience in trauma-informed care and holistic wellness practices, Deborah blends ancient wisdom with modern therapeutic approaches to create safe, supportive environments where real healing can take place. Our retreats — held both locally in Minnesota and internationally — are intentionally designed to help participants slow down, reflect, and reconnect with themselves. Through gentle Qigong movement, meditation, sound healing, breathwork, mindset sessions, and meaningful group dialogue, participants gain tools to manage stress, navigate change, and build emotional resilience. AnnapurnaBlue is especially supportive of women ages 35–70+ navigating grief, life-altering illness, menopause, empty nesting, career transitions, and other profound shifts. Half a dozen Hopkins High School Nordic skiers have been honored with all conference selections this year for the Lake Conference, according to a high school news release. The Hopkins Nordic skiers chosen were: <ul> <li>Harris Dirnberger, Junior</li> <li>Jakob Ellingson, 11th grade</li> <li>Jordan Taylor, 12th grade</li> <li>Sarah Benton, 11th grade</li> <li>Juila Lavanger, 12th grade</li> <li>Siena Ellingson, 9th grade</li> </ul> The following Hopkins Nordic skiers were named honorable mentions: <ul> <li>Bjorn Leach, 11th grade</li> <li>John Narum, 12th grade</li> <li>Kim Lidstone, 12th grade</li> <li>Katie Craemer, 9th grade</li> </ul>
