(Video) Can You Identify This Animal?

So I was driving down 11th Avenue South yesterday when I saw a dark-furred animal slink across the Sixth Street intersection and into Nine Mile Creek. It clearly wasn't a cat—it's movements were too different—but what was it?

I pulled into the parking lot and shot some video and photos, curious what this animal was. My best guess? A muskrat or a beaver. But I'm no expert.

Is there anyone out there who knows who this guy is and whether he's a newcomer or a regular?
