(VIDEO) New Park Board, Zoning Members Sworn In
Norman Teigen and Scott Kerssen took their oaths of office Tuesday.
Two more residents stepped into leadership positions Tuesday.
Norman Teigen was sworn in as a member of the Park Board, which advises on park operations and recreation programs and facilities.
Scott Kerssen was sworn in as a member of the Zoning and Planning Commission, which helps guide development for the city.
