Edina’s Energy and Environment Commission helped answer that question last month by hosting a presentation from Meteorologist Paul Douglas and J. Drake Hamilton, Science Policy Director for Fresh Energy.
In an April 18 presentation, the two experts explained what normal weather is, what science says is happening and how climate change impacts weather.
