Founded by Deborah Peteler, AnnapurnaBlue offers transformative wellness retreats and programs designed for individuals navigating life transitions, health challenges, emotional overwhelm, and personal reinvention. With over 30 years of experience in trauma-informed care and holistic wellness practices, Deborah blends ancient wisdom with modern therapeutic approaches to create safe, supportive environments where real healing can take place. Our retreats — held both locally in Minnesota and internationally — are intentionally designed to help participants slow down, reflect, and reconnect with themselves. Through gentle Qigong movement, meditation, sound healing, breathwork, mindset sessions, and meaningful group dialogue, participants gain tools to manage stress, navigate change, and build emotional resilience. The Hopkins Royals boys lacrosse team dug a hole they couldn't get out of, losing 11- 5 to the Trojans on Thursday night at Wayzata High School. The Trojans built an 8-1 lead by halftime, leaving the Royals searching for answers and visibly upset with their performance during the intermission. Hopkins outscored Wayzata 4 - 3 in the second half, but it wasn't enough to overcome the seven point deficit.
