Gymnastics is full of exciting jumps, twists and turns. The problem for the unitiated is that it's not always clear what's going on.

Hopkins Patch enlisted state qualifier Tess L'Heureux to help make sense of the fast-moving action. In this video, the gymnast explains some of the skills that she’ll perform when she competes at the state meet Feb. 25 and 26 at the University of Minnesota Sports Pavilion. Fans can also catch the 6AA section finals that take place in Hopkins starting at 6 p.m. Feb. 16.
