Panoramic Perspectives is a small mental health practice that offers individual, couples, family and group therapy.  We provide support for individuals ages 1 and up.  Our clinicians have experience working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, Disordered eating, Postpartum depression, family dysfunction, infidelity, and more. We offer CBT, DBT, EMDR, Narrative therapy and have clinicians specializing in the Gottman Method.  We have clinicians who see young children, teens, and adults.  We see clients both in-person and telehealth and we accept most insurances.

On June 3, Lauren and I went to the Kaposia Days Candidate Showcase. It was very fun and interesting because the Kaposia Days Candidates got to make a dish that was traditional or represents themselves and their families. There was a lot of different dishes i never heard off and got to try like, schnekene which is a German dish and I hoped that I spelled it right. Lauren and I got to bound more with the candidates and and with the South St. Paul royalty ladies.
