Panoramic Perspectives is a small mental health practice that offers individual, couples, family and group therapy.  We provide support for individuals ages 1 and up.  Our clinicians have experience working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, Disordered eating, Postpartum depression, family dysfunction, infidelity, and more. We offer CBT, DBT, EMDR, Narrative therapy and have clinicians specializing in the Gottman Method.  We have clinicians who see young children, teens, and adults.  We see clients both in-person and telehealth and we accept most insurances.

Congratulations to all who participated and finished in the annual Mayday 5K run/walk! It was a beautiful morning and the perfect temperature for a run. At the event we had a blast running the hula hoop contest and cheering on the runners as they came past the finish line! This event was a fun way to see are community get active and enjoy the beautiful morning!Lauren Henninger2015 Junior Miss Inver Grove Heights.
