• Man Accused of Fleeing Inver Grove Heights Police at 100+ MPH (limitless-news.com) — A 49-year-old man is charged with felony fleeing after Inver Grove Heights police say he sped off from Concord Street onto I-494, reaching more than 100 mph before stop sticks finally disabled his car. The pursuit, which began after a report involving an adult entertainment business in the city, ended in Bloomington, and the driver remains presumed innocent while the case moves through Dakota County court.
   

• Driver Cited After Rollover Crash Scene in Sunfish Lake (limitless-news.com) — A 46-year-old Inver Grove Heights man was cited after his SUV hit several road signs and rolled over along Highway 3 in Sunfish Lake on Saturday morning. Troopers say he fled the scene but was quickly found nearby, treated for minor injuries, and ticketed for driving after revocation, lack of insurance, and failing to use due care while the crash's cause remains under investigation.
   

• Peggy Marie Schmitt (charlescitypress.com) — A Minneapolis woman who spent her career in healthcare passed away at the Good Samaritan Society in Inver Grove Heights on September 21. Family and friends are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial in Farmington on October 15, with memorials directed back to the Good Samaritan Society that cared for her.
