Charles H. Skallerud, 64, of South St. Paul, beloved husband and father, died on Dec. 13, 2012. Preceded in death by parents and 2 sisters. Survived by wife, Emma; and 2 step-sons. Gathering of friends 10 to 11 a.m. Friday, Dec. 21, at Klecatsky and Sons Southern Chapel, 414 Marie Ave., South St. Paul, followed by graveside service at Fort Snelling National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred.
