Donna Joan Grandy (nee Norling), 80, passed away peacefully on Feb. 20, 2012, at Good Samaritan Society, Inver Grove Heights. She is survived by children, Diane (Tim) Rechtzigel, Marlo (Anne Marie) Grandy, and Brian Grandy; step-daughter Karen (Jeff) Klinkerfues; nine grandchildren; brothers, Charles (Judy) Norling, Daniel Norling, Paul (Bev) Norling and Larry (Kitty) Norling; many nieces and nephews; and many friends that she held dear and true. She was preceded in death by the love of her life, Clarence; parents Herbert and Doris Norling; brother Leonard Norling; and many other dear relatives and friends. A Celebration of Donna's life was held Friday, April 13, at Easter Lutheran Church, 4200 Pilot Knob Road, Eagan, with visitation at 4:30 to 6 p.m. and service at 6 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorials be made to Good Samaritan Society,1301 50th Street E., Inver Grove Heights, MN 55077.
