Jacqueline P. Mangan, 63, of Inver Grove Heights, beloved Wife, Mother, Grandmother and Sister, died on Dec. 15, 2012. Survived by husband Richard; children Jenny (Steve) Chapdelaine, Sean (Kari); grandchildren Brook & Connor; sister Victoria (Dale) Sawvell. Also survived by other relatives and friends. Memorial service Friday 11 a.m. at Kandt and Tetrick Funeral Home, 140 Eighth Ave. N., South St. Paul. Family will greet friends 1 hour before Service. Interment Ft. Snelling National Cemetery.
