Funeral 10:30 am Tuesday, January 31, 2012 St. Rita's Catholic Church, 8694 - 80th Street South, Cottage Grove visitation one hour prior at church. Interment Cottage Grove Cemetery. A long time employee at Waterous Company in So. St. Paul. Jacqueline is survived by sons, Shane Kelsey (and fiancé Stephanie Ambright) Nathan; mother, Charleen Kelsey; sister, Shannon (Christopher) Haines; many dear cousins and nephews.
