Panoramic Perspectives is a small mental health practice that offers individual, couples, family and group therapy.  We provide support for individuals ages 1 and up.  Our clinicians have experience working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, Disordered eating, Postpartum depression, family dysfunction, infidelity, and more. We offer CBT, DBT, EMDR, Narrative therapy and have clinicians specializing in the Gottman Method.  We have clinicians who see young children, teens, and adults.  We see clients both in-person and telehealth and we accept most insurances.

Inver Grove Heights MOMS Club Founder and President, Joni Shogren, was recently invited to speak at the MOMS Club Central Midwest Regional Executive Board Workshop scheduled for the end of September.  International MOMS Club hosts these workshops annually as a way to share knowledge and experiences amongst various chapters and to help individual Chapters run more smoothly.  Shogren is looking forward to discussing the steps she took to get the Inver Grove Heights chapter up and running and getting to know other MOMS Club Executive Board members from around her region.
