Survived by wife, Barb; daughters, Amy (Kevin) LeMacher, Shelly (Don) Regep, Vicki (Paul) Young; grandchildren, Amanda, Nathan, Courtney, Justin, Karlie, Gianna, Jaden & Luke; sister, Donna (Bill) Ziemer; brother, Darrel; sister-in-law, Darlene (Butch) Berens; brother-in-law, Mark (Laurie) Thelen; good friend, fishing & card playing buddy, Bud Wilkerson; also many nieces, nephews, cousins & friends. Mel retired after 37 years with 3M. Most important to him were his faith & family. Mass of Christian Burial 10 AM Thursday at the Church of the Holy Trinity, 749 6th Ave. So. South St. Paul.
